Call for volunteers: We need your help!
OME will have a booth at a at the Celebrating Linguistic Diversity Conference and we need volunteers. The event is May 4-5 at OISE (252 Bloor St W).
The goal is to increase awareness and interest in the group and get some signatures for the petition.
This is a great opportunity to network with people, get community experience on your CV and help forward the cause of multilingual education.
Volunteer shifts are:
Thursday May 4
10:00AM -10:45AM 12:15PM - 1:45PM 3:15PM-4:00PM
Friday May 5
10:00AM - 10:45AM 12:15PM - 1:45PM
If you are interested, please email ontario.multilingual.education@gmail.com ASAP and provide your name, contact information and the shift you are interested in covering. In a reply, you will receive material to review and scripts to help you at the event.
