President
Stephen Vance lives in Scarborough with his wife and two children. Though he trained in computer science at University of Waterloo and worked as a software engineer for IBM, he is currently retraining as a psychotherapist and is involved in faith-based community work. He has spent significant time in China to become fluent in Mandarin.
Secretary
Joyce Law was born in Hong Kong and grew up in a Cantonese-speaking home in Calgary, Alberta. As a mother of 2 young children, she is advocating for multilingual education in Ontario because she believes that this will enable future generations of Ontarians to develop a deeper appreciation and respect for other cultures and to prepare our children's children for the global economy.
Joyce holds a BSc from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and has over 16 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, and Communications in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry in Canada.

Sandra Chow is a founding member of Ontario Multilingual Education. She grew up as a multilingual speaker and can speak 4 different languages. She spent 4+ years teaching and living abroad in Taiwan. As an educator in Ontario, and a mother of three, she believes that global competencies is an important skillset that all students need to learn in this current landscape.

Mimi Masson is a founding member of Ontario Multilingual Education. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Toronto (OISE) specializing Teacher Education and Languages and Literacies Education. Her research interests include multilingual education and plurilingual approaches to teaching and learning.

Tiffany Ng is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Toronto (OISE) in Languages and Literacies Education. Her research specializes in multilingual education practices and integrating technology in language learning classrooms.
